Founded on relationships.

Growing up in Bowie Maryland, Pat began work in the roofing industry in the 1980s and quickly found a love for improving people's homes. In 2010, dissatisfied with the industry's pressure sales tactics and inadequate service, he started his own company.

Capitol Improvements has since grown to serve thousands with an expanded service offering while putting customer needs above all else. Pat's two sons Austin and Lance support the legacy, and alongside a hard working team they continue building relationships and providing quality service.
